BMW ICOM ISTA software cannot work

Yesterday morning, a regular customer from Russia called me and inquired how come his BMW ICOM ISTA software cannot work normally. He said that the device was configuring and did not change anything on network. I told him to give me more details and he then provided me a screenshoot of the problem. According to the picutre, among all the four applications in ISTA, only one is active and can work.

This could be caused by four problems.
First, the system time on his computer is not current time. For example, it is 25th April, 2014 today, so his system time should be 25th April, 2014, tool.
Second, the customer was not using ACHI mode.
Third, the software is not compatiable with his computer. In most circumstances, we suggest customers to run BMW ICOM software on Lenovo X61. Please try it on a Lenovo X61 to determine what the problem is.
Four, the drive of the software is damaged and cannot install the software well.
